We sell products exclusively within the United States.

2. Order Acceptance & Platform Processing

Orders placed through our website may be processed using third-party ecommerce platforms including Wix and Shopify, as well as their integrated payment processors.

We reserve the right to:

Refuse or cancel any order
Limit quantities
Cancel suspected fraudulent transactions
Correct pricing or listing errors

If an order is canceled before shipment, a full reversal of payment will be issued.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices may change without notice.

By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that:

You are authorized to use the payment method provided
All billing information is accurate
You agree to these Terms prior to completing checkout

4. CALIFORNIA NO REFUND POLICY (ALL SALES FINAL)

NO REFUNDS

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or monetary returns under any circumstances, except where required by applicable federal or California law.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Limited Exchange Policy

We may allow exchanges at our sole discretion under the following conditions:

Exchange request submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days of confirmed delivery
Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed
Tags and original packaging intact
No stains, odors, pet hair, damage, or signs of wear
Proof of purchase required

We reserve the right to deny exchanges that do not meet these standards.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed defective or incorrect.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within five (5) calendar days of delivery.

You must provide:

Order number
Clear photos of item and packaging
Description of the issue

If verified, we will provide a replacement or exchange.

Refunds will not be issued unless required under applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be waived under California consumer protection laws.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes (Shopify/Wix Protection Clause)

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us:

We reserve the right to dispute the chargeback with supporting documentation, including proof of delivery and acceptance of these Terms.
Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported.
We may restrict future purchases from your account or associated payment methods.

We comply fully with Shopify and Wix payment dispute procedures.

8. Shipping & Risk of Loss

All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our control.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by California and U.S. law:
